2.2 Test Accuracy

The accuracy of test results is the responsibility of the respective lab conducting the test. Shilpcare does not alter, modify, or influence reports.

2.3 Pricing & Discounts

Discounts (including “Up to 50% Off”) depend on the diagnostic partner and may change without notice.

2.4 Lab Partner Assignment

Based on your location, availability, or package, we may assign any certified partner lab (Thyrocare, Lal PathLabs etc.).

2.5 User Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal details
Be available for technician visit at the confirmed time
Provide correct address and contact information
